No. Hosts list their own spaces directly and set their own terms. NEXORA doesn’t charge applicants to apply.

Does NEXORA hold my bond?

No. Bonds are agreed between you and the host. In Queensland, residential bonds are lodged with the RTA.

Why is the map pin approximate?

Hosts can hide their exact address. We show an area until the host decides to share the address with you.

Can I sleep in my van at a listed space?

Only where an overnight stay offer has passed our review. Parking-only spaces are for parking and storage.
